Facilities / Building Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee maintenance activities for building facilities and utility systems.
• Support preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of facility equipment.
• Maintain building systems such as HVAC, electrical, compressed air, water systems, fire protection or related facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal users on facility maintenance works.
• Monitor equipment performance, breakdowns and maintenance schedules.
• Support facility improvement, energy saving and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building, environmental and company requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports, service records and facility documentation.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, utilities or plant facilities.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, compressed air, fire protection or building services is preferred.
• Experience in contractor coordination, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Familiar with safety procedures, maintenance documentation and service reports.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple facility-related tasks.
