Facilities Engineer cum FSM

☑ Salary: $4000

☑ Working Location: Central

☑ 5.5 Day (Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm / Sat: 8.30am to 1pm)

☑ 6Month Contract (Extension Possibilities)

Job Scope

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct scheduled fire safety compliance inspections at assigned premises on regular basis.
• Liaise with tenants and stakeholders, including is suing engagement letters and coordinating inspection arrangements.
• Assess premises for compliance with fire safety regulations and identify areas of non-compliance.
• Prepare and issue inspection reports, breach notices, and recommendations for corrective actions where required.
• Escalate significant fire safety violations to the relevant authorities (e.g. SCDF) and monitor the progress of regulatory actions.
• Provide regular updates, inspection findings, and compliance status reports to building manager while maintaining accurate inspection records.

Requirement

• Diploma Qualification in Building & Facilities Management
• 3 Years of in M&E / Civil Building works experience
• Possess Fire Safety Manager Certificate is a MUST
