Facilities Engineer / Facilities Specialist (GMP / Cleanroom) Up to $5.5K #HYT

Salary: $3,000 - $5,500/month + OT Pay
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Employment Type: Permanent

Job Scope:

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities systems
• Manage facilities projects, contractors, vendors, and CAPEX activities
• Troubleshoot facilities equipment and minimise production downtime
• Support validation, continuous improvement, and compliance activities
• Coach and guide technicians while maintaining facilities assets and documentation

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 7 years of facilities maintenance experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Clean Room, RO Water, Steam Boiler, and Compressed Air Systems
• Familiar with GxP, GMP, EHS, and Good Documentation Practices
• Experience in project management, budgeting, and contractor management
• Able to read engineering drawings and work independently
