Facilities Engineer (Mechanical)

• Up to $4,500
• Changi Airport Project

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Provides project status of assigned task list items to facilities supervisors, managers, and other internal department personnel, as necessary.
• Works as a collaborator and with a wide variety of other professionals to find unique solutions to challenging problems.
• Preparing reports and documentation.
• Monitor maintenance plans and schedules.
• Coordinating contractors for installation and maintenance projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or industrial)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilities engineering or similar
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems.
• Understanding of building regulations and health and safety.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work well with non-engineering colleagues.

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Salary: From $4,000-$4,500 / Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
