Responsibilities
a) Set up a facility management team, lead and provide guidance to the team and manage the FM contract
b) Develop a strategy for facility management with Standard Operating Procedures and Key Performance Indicators
c) Coordinate operational strategic facilities management services and team management
d) Plan, manage and oversee effectively the operations for facilities management
e) Lead quantity surveyors and other related staff for new qualification of tender, cost estimation, submission, tender pitching and provide add-value engineering solutions
f) Develop, review and monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions
g) Gather information, contract negotiation, pricing and payment schedules
h) Ad hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements
a) At least a degree in Facilities Management
b) Good knowledge of FM job scope and SOP
