Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular safety audits and enforce health, fire, and environmental regulations. Develop comprehensive emergency response plans.
Space Planning: Coordinate office relocations, renovations, and workspace reconfigurations to maximize spatial efficiency.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance and administrative staff.
- Bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in facility management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and repair
- Experience managing budgets and expenses
