Facilities Officer (Dip/2YrExp/West)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the facilities services and ensure they are in good order including routine maintenance, pest control, landscaping, and security.
• Investigate reported malfunctions and defects and come up with plans to prevent future reoccurence.
• Manage and oversee enhancement projects within the facility and ensure they are uphold quality and standards.
• Implement operational plans and procedures which helps to resolve complaints, while maintaining adherence to local law.
• Respond to inquiries from store owners, leaseholders, and the public in regards to issues on site.
• Organise and coordinate meetings and events. This includes logistical support, securing quotes, issuing invoices, and arranging event setups.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably possess certification for Fire Safety Manager.
• Service orientated mindset.
