Factory Manager (Carpentry)

Familiar on cabinet, meeting table, featurewall and counter fabrication

- To lead a group of carpenter(20pax) to fabricate customise furniture (offices)

- Procurement of material for example plywood and hardwear

- Strong detailing knowledge

- Strong knowledge to explain the detail drawing or works to the employees

- Ensure production meet targets according to schedule and quality standards set by the Company

- Sets a positive example for employees and provide leadership and motivate them to achieve objectives and goals

- Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training needs of workers

- Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements

- 3 years of related experience in leading and managing a team

- Good knowlege of carpentry skills

- Skillful with wood working machineries router, planner, sanding machine, edge bending, post forming machine

- Good interpersonal communication and problem solving skills

- Good management of materials cost and stock inventory
