Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and meticulous individual to join our team as Finance Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in issuing invoices.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry into ERP system.
• Assist in bank reconciliation.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
• Assist in audit preparation and retrieval of supporting documents.
• Assist to cover finance and admin duties when required.
• Support processing of claims and staff reimbursement when required.

Abilities, Skills & Knowledge (ASK)

• Entry-level (no experience required)
• Meticulous and well organized
• Positive mindset with "can do attitude"
