JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title : Turner/fitter

Occupation : Machine Operator, Planing (Metalworking)

Job Description & Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Perform daily in-process inspection.

- Operate equipment and tools that require close control, adjustment and following production order.

- Perform testing, checking and visual in NPT machine / IR welding .

- Hands-on with measuring equipment.

- Conduct in process measurement, monitor product output ensure product's quality.

- Perform daily machine maintenance.

- Assembly and kitting of component parts, comply with safety, eqality, production requirements and company procedures.

- Handling of materials.

- Troubleshoot machine breakdown and program error.

- Ensure cleanliness, monitor process & machines discrepancy.

- Carry out continuous improvement program.

- Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements:

- Physically fit.

- No experience required as training will be provided.

- Willing to work overtime.

- No skin allergies or chemical reactions with coolant oil and detergent use.
