We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Executive to manage the daily operations of company vehicles, machinery, and equipment. The role is responsible for ensuring optimal fleet availability, efficient deployment of assets, and effective coordination of preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs. The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience in fleet or transport management, with the ability to monitor performance, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage daily operations of company vehicles, machinery, and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations
• Oversee daily operations of all fleet vehicles, machinery, and equipment
• Ensure maximum fleet availability and operational efficiency
• Monitor asset deployment, utilization, and performance
• Coordinate allocation of vehicles and machinery based on operational requirements
• Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules for all fleet assets
• Coordinate servicing, repairs, inspections, and breakdown recovery
• Ensure timely rectification of defects to minimize downtime
• Maintain maintenance history and repair records using company systems/applications
• Supervise drivers and equipment operators
• Monitor driver attendance, performance, and safety compliance
• Coordinate training and safety briefings for drivers and operators
• Monitor and track fleet performance, including downtime, fuel efficiency, repair costs, and vehicle availability
• Support continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and cost control
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or Head of Department (HOD)

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in fleet, transport, or construction industry operations
• Strong knowledge of vehicle, machinery, and equipment management will be an advantage
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with strong accountability, as well as in a team
• Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn and improve operational efficiency
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage to support site mobility and operational requirements
