FLOOR TILER

1. Experience more than 1 (one) year in local construction field.

2. Expert in site Documentation & site work preparation

3. Communicate with clients, staff, workers regular basis.

4. Prepare everyday job schedule and ensure to management.

5. Developing detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

6. Monitor budgets and adjust when necessary to meet spending goals.

7. Negotiating with the sub- contractors and making sure they are performing their work in a timely manner while meeting quality standards.

8. Maintaining relationship with vendors to ensure they are meeting project deadlines and providing high-quality materials.

9. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective clients to understand their needs and project requirements

10. Ready to visit assigned site with worker/management full time.

11. Ready for work after working hour for urgency.

12. Ready for Saturday/Sunday or public holiday (if required)

13. Excellent communication skill

14. Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure
