FOUNDATION ENGINEER

Job Description

·       Review project drawings, specifications, and geotechnical investigation reports.

·       Plan and coordinate foundation works according to project schedules.

·       Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

·       Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

·       Ensure resources, equipment, and materials are available for site operations.

·       Participate in project meetings and provide technical updates.

·       Experience in Structural Steel design and Building Information Modeling.

·       Able to lead the team of Engineers and drafters

·       Monitor quality control procedures and site inspections.

·       Maintain project documentation, records, and as-built drawings.

·       Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company HSE policies.

·       Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.

·       Verify construction works are executed according to approved drawings and procedures.

Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

·       Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Construction.

·       Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

·       Able to work under rushing schedule of works.

·       Able to communicate with clients and Authorities.

·       Knowledge of local construction codes, standards, and regulations.
