Head of Contract and Biling

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Managing Director / Finance Director / Finance Controller, the Head of Contract and Billing will be responsible for overseeing the tasks of managing the Contracts and Billing department. They are client-focused and assist colleagues/customers with any issues within their departments. The Contract Manager keeps an eye out for any errors or discrepancies and assist clients by answering inquiries. Moreover, aside from processing and monitoring contracts and billing invoices, they also perform various contract negotiation, legal and review.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Ensure invoices/deposit invoices/claims are submitted by billing specialist /Sales are distributed to the correct receiver

·       Submit monthly sales report/ claim report on schedule

·       Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bill of quantities and other documentation

·       Approval for final submission and follow up with Tender Questionnaire reply and Interview

·       Supervise cost analysis based on the architectural and materials required

·       Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and final account. Control and monitoring all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure, submission for progress claim, quotation and VO submission

·       Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the clients are delivered

·       Attend site and consultant /technical meetings

·       Maintain proper record of project costs

·       Ensure proper closing out of subcontracts/supply agreement
