Job Description - HR Admin

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively, and committed to maintaining efficient office processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative and office support functions.

Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing.

Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents.

Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors.

Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.

Perform data entry and assist as HR administrative matters and knowledge in MOM matters for Foreign Workers is advantageous.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

Administrative experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good time management and attention to detail.
