Position Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive individual to join our team as HR Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily HR and administrative operations
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process including arranging interviews and preparation of interview documents
• Assist in maintaining employee records, attendance, leave, and medical records
• Coordinate staff training, medical appointments and mandatory courses
• Maintain proper filing of HR documents and employee records
• Provide administrative support to HR Executives and Management
• Assist to cover HR and admin duties when required
• Assist to check and verify timesheets against invoices

Abilities, Skills & Knowledge (ASK)

• Entry-level (no experience required)
• Meticulous and well organized
• Positive mindset with "can do attitude"
• Payroll knowledge or experience would be beneficial
