HR Key Responsibilities
· Handle daily HR operations for the company
· Coordinate mandatory core trade training and course applications for foreign workers and gardeners
· Prepare and liaise any necessary for new incoming employees for orientation
· Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of gardeners, landscape workers, drivers, and other operational staff.
· Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
· Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
· Assist with work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and other MOM-related matters.
· Monitor employees' medical examinations, training certifications, and work pass expiry dates.
· Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance and overtime records.
· Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative correspondence.
· Liaise with government agencies, vendors, and external service providers.
Requirement
· Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience (preferably in landscape/construction industry)
· Able to work independently
· PC literacy and experience with MSOffice applications such as excel
· Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations
· Familiar with work pass application processes
· Able to commence work soonest possible
· Salary will be offered based on relevant experience and competencies.
