HR Assistant / Executive

Job Summary

Manage comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, work pass administration, training coordination, and staff development to support organizational effectiveness and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes for foreign employees to meet organizational talent needs.
• Process and monitor work pass applications, renewals, and staff accommodation to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HR portal and physical records for reliable data management.
• Coordinate and schedule all staff training courses to enhance workforce skills and development.
• Facilitate in-house training sessions and staff engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
• Provide daily operational support to HR functions to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
• Execute ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned to support HR department objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR working experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, people management, and presentation skills.
