Job Description - HR Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR function for foreign employees (Included Payroll, Trainning, Recruitment)
  • Manage work pass applications
  • Administration of workmen compensation
  • Handle company worker’s accommodation such as dormitory rental contract, check in & out and all related matters
  • Maintaining of personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date
  • HRIS system implementation
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
  • At least 1 years of experience in construction industry
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational skill and meticulous
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Candidates with good experience will be considered for higher role. Compensation will be commensurate accordingly.
