HR Manager

Position: HR Manager

Salary: Up to $8,500

Working Hours: 5 days work week

Location: Tuas

Job Responsibilities

• Lead full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, performance management, training, and employee relations.
• Partner with management and department heads to support manpower planning and organizational growth.
• Handle recruitment activities for both corporate and project/site-based positions.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM regulations and employment laws.
• Manage employee records, contracts, work pass applications, and HR documentation.
• Support compensation & benefits administration and annual appraisal exercises.
• Handle disciplinary matters, grievance management, and staff counselling when required.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
• Prepare HR reports, manpower statistics, and management updates.
• Any adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within construction, engineering, EPC, or project environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Experience handling both blue-collar and white-collar workforce will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting project-based workforce and site operations.
• Familiar with recruitment for engineering, construction, and corporate functions.
• Prior experience in local SME or project environment preferred.
