Human Resource Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Process and manage Work Permit Online (WPOL) applications, renewals, and related work pass administration.
• Coordinate accommodation arrangements and administrative matters for employees where required.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
• Provide general HR and administrative support, including other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a Human Resources or HR Administration role.
• Experience with Work Permit Online (WPOL) and work pass administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organisational, communication, and administrative skills.
