HVAC Commissioning Engineer

We are currently looking for HVAC CQV Engineer to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Perform commissioning and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of GMP HVAC systems and cleanroom facilities.
• Execute airflow, differential pressure, temperature, humidity, and recovery testing.
• Coordinate HVAC startup, TAB activities, and BMS functional testing with contractors and vendors.
• Review HVAC drawings, P&IDs, specifications, and commissioning documentation.
• Conduct HEPA filter integrity testing and smoke studies where applicable.
• Investigate deviations, implement corrective actions, and prepare qualification reports.
• Ensure compliance with EU GMP Annex 1, ISO 14644, ASTM E2500, and GMP requirements.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, Automation, and Operations teams throughout project execution.
• Prepare and maintain accurate commissioning and qualification documentation.
• Support regulatory inspections and ensure HVAC systems are qualified for GMP operation.
