Clash Detection and Resolution: Perform clash detection checks to identify conflicts between different disciplines and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve these issues before construction begins.
Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on the BIM models to identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring that everyone is proficient in using the technology effectively. Documentation and reporting: Maintain project documentation, including workflows and decisions, and produce detailed reports to keep stakeholders informed about the project's progress and challenges.
