Indoor Sales Engineer (Training Provided)

• Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm (Mon – Fri)

• Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (BMS | Building Automation | ACMV)
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service support

• Follow up on customer enquiries and coordinate with internal teams

• Support sales activities through effective customer servicing and communication

• Prepare quotations, documentation, and related sales support materials

• Collect customer feedback and support continuous service improvement

• Coordinate with engineering and sales teams to ensure smooth project and customer support activities

• Maintain accurate records and timely follow-up on customer requests
  

Requirements:

• Diploma and/or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

• 1 - 4 years of technical and sales experience in Building Automation will be advantageous

• Training will be provided for candidate with lesser experience

• Candidates with experience in Building Automation, BMS, or ACMV will have an advantage
