Job Description - INSTSLLAR

Prepare exterior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, pressure washing, and removing old paint.
Fill cracks, holes, and damaged areas with appropriate fillers and sealants.
Apply primers, paints, stains, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
Mix and match paint colors according to project specifications.
Erect, use, and dismantle ladders, scaffolding, and aerial work platforms safely.
Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, masking tape, and coverings.
Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality finishes and compliance with project requirements.
Maintain painting tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
Follow workplace health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Coordinate with supervisors and other construction workers to complete projects on schedule.
