Interface Manager

JD:

• Lead and manage all interface coordination activities among engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operation teams for LNG/oil & gas projects.
• Identify, define, and maintain clear interface boundaries, responsibilities, and handover scopes between contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement interface management procedures, protocols, interface registers, and tracking systems to ensure effective communication and coordination across all project phases.
• Coordinate and monitor interface deliverables and ensure all interface milestones and handovers are properly incorporated into the project schedule.
• Proactively identify interface risks, conflicts, and technical issues, and work closely with project teams to develop mitigation and resolution plans.
• Support commissioning, start-up, and project handover activities by ensuring all interface requirements, documentation, and coordination activities are completed in accordance with project specifications and client requirements.
• The workplace is located in the Jurong East area.

Requirements:

• B.S. or equivalent degree in engineering from an accredited university with minimum 15 years relevant experience in LNG & oil/gas projects, particularly in the South East Asia.
• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar management role on major LNG and Oil & Gas projects, with proven capability in identifying and managing project interfaces and boundaries between multiple stakeholders. Demonstrate the ability to clearly define interface responsibilities, ensure interface deliverables and handover milestones are properly integrated into the project schedule, and develop, implement and maintain effective interface management procedures and protocols for Contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of interface management risks, with the ability to identify, assess, allocate and effectively manage interface-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proven experience in managing project interfaces during engineering, construction, commissioning, start-up, handover and close-out phases.
