INTERIOR 3D DESIGNER & COORDINATOR

1) Understanding of FF&E selection (materials, finishes, detailing, measurements, calculation and scheduling/coordination)

2) An Independent individual that is able to work in a team environment

3) Create Quotation

4) Fully committed & uphold company's reputation & quality in finishes

5) Willing to learn and be responsible

6) Produce schematic design presentations through imagery, mood board, technical drawings

7) Knowledge & experienced with Photoshop, AUTOCAD, 2D and 3D Max (VR knowledge is a plus)

8) Knowledge & experience with/of converting paper drawn layout to digital layouts & electrical plans for LEW endorsements

9) Minimum 2 to 3 years experience
