IT Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities

1. Own IT projects for overseas workplace expansion and be accountable for global workplace delivery outcomes.

2. Provide early-stage IT technical consultation and requirements advisory for workplace expansion projects.

3. Work with designers and engineering teams during design to ensure IT infrastructure standards are implemented.

4. Manage implementation resources, project risks, and local/global suppliers during construction to ensure successful delivery.

5. Oversee daily operations and maintenance of existing global workplace infrastructure to ensure business alignment.

6. Partner with IT technical teams to deliver workplace intelligence solutions, including security systems, sensors, and automation.

Requirements

1. 10+ years of engineering-related experience, with large-scale project lead experience in M&E, construction, or structural fields.

2. MNC experience, with both overseas and domestic project delivery exposure; overseas local supplier management experience preferred.

3. Familiar with IT-related high-voltage and low-voltage construction standards, with hands-on low-voltage project management experience.

4. Construction consulting management experience preferred.

5. Property management experience preferred.

6. Fluent in Chinese and English due to need for collaboration with HQ.
