Key Account Manager

Account Management & Client Engagement:

• Achieve individual and departmental sales revenue and profitability targets through strategic business development initiatives.
• Identify, generate, and develop new sales opportunities to drive business growth and expand the customer base.
• Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and preliminary system designs tailored to client requirements.
• Recommend innovative sales strategies and market-driven solutions to improve business performance, brand reputation, and market presence.
• Execute effective sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and support business expansion.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with partners, vendors, and key stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of security systems, technologies, and industry best practices to provide expert client consultation.
• Collaborate with project teams by participating in project coordination, site meetings, and client communications to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Over 3 years of experience in solution-based sales, preferably within the electronic security industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• AutoCAD proficiency preferred.
