Responsibilities

• Conduct land and engineering surveys to determine site boundaries and support construction project requirements
• Measure land use, housing, and traffic patterns to provide data for planning and development
• Perform both general measurements and precise studies depending on survey scope and project needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Land Surveying or relevant qualifications
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in building surveying
