Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land and site surveys, preparing survey reports, and supporting construction projects with accurate measurements and mapping data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all surveying activities and setting outworks for the project.
• Ensure all survey work is performed accurately and in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Perform detailed topographic and boundary surveys as required.
• Prepare and maintain survey records, including field notes, sketches, and digital data.
• Utilize modern surveying equipment and software to collect, process, and analyse survey data.
• Coordinate with engineers, site team and other stakeholders to ensure survey activities align with project timelines and objectives.
• Communicate effectively with construction team to provide clear instructions and guidance based on survey data.
• Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to survey data and site measurements.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures for all survey activities.
• Ensure all survey instruments and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of survey data and adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare detailed survey reports and maps for project documentation.
• Maintain an organized record of all survey data, including electronic files and hard copies.
• Provide regular updates to project management on the progress and findings of survey activities.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering/ Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in survey field
• Incumbent with relevant working experience land surveying and setting out works on Singapore LTA / Rail project or large-scale construction projects preferred
• Proficiency in modern surveying equipment and software (e.g. GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD).
