Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

Lawrence Landscape is looking for an experienced and hands-on Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the delivery of grounds maintenance services at private residential homes and condominium estates in Singapore.

You will lead a team of landscape workers, ensure high standards of horticultural maintenance, and serve as the key point of contact between our team and property managers or residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage landscape workers in day-to-day maintenance operations across private homes and condominium estates

• Plan and schedule maintenance works including mowing, pruning, planting, fertilising, watering, and pest and disease management

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with contract requirements

• Liaise professionally with property managers, management agents, and residents on maintenance matters

• Monitor usage and condition of tools, equipment, and materials; carry out basic serviceability checks

• Identify and report on-site defects, hazards, or irregularities promptly

• Prepare work schedules, site reports, and maintenance records as required

• Train, guide, and motivate team members to maintain productivity and performance standards

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape or horticultural maintenance

• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role

• Sound knowledge of horticultural practices, plant care, and landscape maintenance techniques

• Prior experience in private residential or condominium estate environments preferred

• Able to lead and allocate work to a team effectively

• Good communication skills for liaison with clients, residents, and management

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors across varying weather conditions

• Responsible, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• NITEC in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related discipline preferred

• Relevant WSQ qualifications in landscape or horticulture will be an advantage

Licence:

• Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an added advantage
