Landscape Project Manager
We are looking for a proactive and driven Project Manager to oversee landscape construction projects from award to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
* Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning to handover.
* Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
* Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
* Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
* Monitor project progress and resolve site issues promptly.
Client & Consultant Coordination
* Attend site meetings with clients, consultants and main contractors.
* Maintain strong communication and working relationships with all stakeholders.
* Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on outstanding actions.
* Coordinate submissions, approvals and inspections.
Site & Construction Management
* Supervise site teams and ensure quality workmanship.
* Plan manpower, equipment and material requirements.
* Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company standards.
* Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, safety and progress.
Commercial & Contract Administration
* Monitor project costs and budgets.
* Manage variation orders, claims and contract documentation.
* Prepare progress claims and support final account submissions.
* Track procurement schedules and delivery timelines.
Documentation
* Review drawings and technical specifications.
* Prepare work programmers, method statements and project reports.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
* Coordinate as-built drawings and handover documentation.
Quality & Safety
* Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, NParks and project-specific requirements.
* Drive quality assurance throughout project execution.
* Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
Requirements
* Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
* Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in landscape construction (more experienced candidates are welcome to apply).
* Good knowledge of landscape construction methodology, planting works, irrigation systems, hardscape and softscape works.
* Able to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD (preferred).
* Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).
