Lead Drafter & Design Coordinator

1) Job Description

- An experienced qualified drafter, details design documents by using BIM, - Ensure BIM standards comply with Authority submissions - Awareness of requirements of relevant authorities submission (i.e. BCA, SCDF, LTA).

-Liaise with and assist engineers / supervisors / coordinators to develop conceptual design to 2D or 3D drawing model for site

- Able to read and interpret structural plan/drawings.

- Able to multi-task drafting works with reasonable time and ad hoc duties as assigned.

- Ensure designs/drawings meet relevant code compliance requirements and good engineering practices.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad, Civil 3D, Revit software, Architecture,

- Knowledge and proficiency in 2D, 3D aided software and BIM Tools is an advantage.

'- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, hardworking, independent & able to work with minimum supervision.

- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, projects in Singapore is an added advantage

'- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Autocad, Photo Shop, Power Point, Sketchup & V-ray, Enscape for rendering and Adobe ( Photoshop )

2) Qualfication Requirtment

- Diploma / Bachelors’ Degree in Interior Design or ID Architecture

- Certificate in Revit Architecture ( BIM Modeling - Archi, C&S, MEP )

- Certificate in Quantity Survey
