The Solution Lead Engineer to support the sales team to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction. This position involves collaborating on the development and implementation of effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing essential administrative support to the sales department. Possess basic understanding of design, vendor assessment, project milestone, critical-path, T&C requirement.
· Handle sales enquiries from customers and partners.
· Support BD Manager of pre-sales activities and tender submission.
· Demonstrating leadership during tender time.
· Understand commercial contract terms, suggest commercial risk mitigation plan.
· To help sales team to establish strong customer relationship.
· To handle commercial and legal matter with customer.
· Constantly review sales activities and suggest improvement plans in meeting targets and objectives.
· Conduct customer survey for every completed project.
· To maintain and update accurate information in CRM system.
· To familiarise with ACC system and able to utilise ACC function for internal coordination whenever required and to manage and maintain Sales & Tender folders in ACC Account for respective projects.
· To prepare and liaise with Legal WG for contract terms internal review.
· To understand basic technical requirements of tenders and able to perform due diligence check for costing preparation.
· To update and present during the sales activity during meeting.
· To Support project team on additional / variation / SOR requirement. [Commercial]
· Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
