Lead - Resident Technical Officer (C&S)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Resident Technical Officer (RTO) team on site.
• Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Coordinate with the Qualified Person (QP), consultants, contractors, and HDB representatives.
• Inspect and witness structural, architectural, and civil works.
• Review method statements, shop drawings, and inspection records.
• Maintain site records, daily reports, and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and report site issues, and follow up on rectification works.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Registered Resident Technical Officer with IES/ACES.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience, preferably in HDB BTO projects.
• Strong knowledge of HDB specifications, BCA regulations, and local construction practices.
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
