Responsible for the coordination of work (installation of elevators) between main contractor and sub-contractor for various projects assigned
Provide weekly updates to project team on the current status of the installation.
Overseeing and schedule project activities
Plan and coordinate lift installations with contractors and consultants
Conduct daily toolbox meeting with sub-contractor and in-house technicians to brief them on the required work to be perform for the day and to constantly stress on the safety measures required to be adhere to.
Manage on going jobs with all subcontractors to meet the deadlines
Apply correct work methods and procedures to ensure reliability and safe operations.
In charge of the required materials that are used on site and ensure that the project run smoothly with no lapse caused by inadequate resources.
Understudy installation of project lifts as on job training.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree holder in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant Engineering background
At least 8 years of working experience, preferably in construction, lift industry
Good communication and able to multi-task
Communicate in Chinese is preferred
