Lift Manager (Public Sector Organization)

Our client is an established organization within the public sector and is currently seeking a Lift Manager to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development.

What you will do    

• Responsible for overseeing the operations, maintenance, and performance of lift systems across residential estates.
• Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and inspections
• Monitor lift performance and respond promptly to breakdowns or service disruptions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational excellence
• Review and manage maintenance contracts, service reports, and technical documentation
• Evaluate tenders and quotations for lift-related projects
• Handle feedback, complaints, and incident reports related to lift operations
• Work closely with internal teams to support asset management and improvement initiatives

What you will need

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Management, Facilities Management
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in lift maintenance and in managing township
• Familiar with BCA lift regulations, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) practices, and public housing estate management standards.
