Logistic Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on and organized Warehouse & Logistics Operations Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities and logistics coordination for technical equipment, spare parts, and vessel-related projects. This role is critical in ensuring operational readiness, inventory accuracy, and efficient domestic and international shipment management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of equipment and spare parts.
• Coordinate closely with fleet operations, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure timely support for project and operational requirements.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international logistics activities, including shipment scheduling, customs documentation, and freight coordination.
• Lead, supervise, and train warehouse personnel while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare operational and inventory reports for management review.
• Support vessel rebuilding, refurbishment, and renovation projects by ensuring readiness and availability of spare parts and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper handling and storage of technical equipment and materials.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience handling technical equipment, maritime spare parts, or robotics-related inventory will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and logistics coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
