Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to support material and equipment movement for our construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with site teams, suppliers, and drivers to ensure deliveries and stock are properly tracked and coordinated on-site.

Key Responsibilities

•      Coordinate and track incoming/outgoing deliveries of construction materials and equipment across multiple jobsites

•      Direct construction workers to assigned jobsites daily, based on manpower deployment plans provided by management

•      Liaise with suppliers, hauliers, and site personnel to schedule deliveries and resolve delays

•      Maintain accurate records of worker attendance/deployment across sites, deliveries, and stock

•      Act as the point of contact between site supervisors and management for day-to-day logistics and manpower coordination

•      Report any site-level issues (delays, shortages, worker concerns) to management for resolution

•      Ensure deliveries and worker movements comply with safety protocols

Requirements

•      Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification; candidates with relevant working experience in lieu of formal qualifications will also be considered

•      Prior experience in construction, logistics, or manpower coordination preferred

•      Comfortable working on construction sites (outdoor environment)

•      Able to multi-task across several jobsites and follow deployment instructions accurately

•      Basic Microsoft Excel/Office skills

•      Good command of spoken and written English (must)

•      Good communication and coordination skills

•      Valid Class 3 driving license (required)
