Job Summary

Coordinate and manage delivery schedules, liaise with customers and internal teams, and ensure smooth logistics operations to support production and customer order fulfillment in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate deliveries for trailers and self-collection arrangements
• Liaise with customers on delivery schedules and related matters
• Follow up with drivers and customers to promptly resolve unloading issues and minimize delays
• Collaborate with production teams and planners to prioritize and support urgent customer orders
• Arrange collection and delivery of coupler bars efficiently
• Coordinate deliveries from the galvanising yard to customers to ensure timely receipt
• Monitor availability of empty trailers and coordinate their allocation for production use

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Work experience in a manufacturing environment to understand operational workflows
• Prior experience in logistics, operations, or delivery coordination to enhance delivery efficiency
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as email and Excel
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with customers, drivers, and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks responsibly and stay organized under pressure
• Team player with good interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and smooth operations

• Work schedule: 5.5 days per week (44 hours per week)
