Site Maintenance Manager The Site Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of construction equipment, machinery, site facilities, and temporary infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for site equipment and facilities.
Ensure construction machinery, tools, generators, and temporary site utilities are operational and well maintained.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimise project delays.
Lead and supervise maintenance personnel and external contractors.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures.
Monitor maintenance schedules, equipment records, and statutory inspections.
Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance costs.
Prepare maintenance reports and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Relevant maintenance or engineering certifications are an advantage.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in the construction industry.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience managing construction equipment, site facilities, and maintenance contractors.
