Job Description - Manager

Manage overall civil construction project operations and site activities
Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, and work sequences
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor project progress, productivity, and construction quality
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures
Review construction drawings, technical documents, and method statements
Resolve technical and site issues promptly
Control project costs, materials, and resource utilization
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
Prepare project reports and updates for management
Ensure works are completed according to approved specifications and deadlines
Lead and supervise engineers, supervisors, and site staff
