MANAGER

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, and experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth, secure new construction projects, and expand our market presence within the construction and engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, preparing tenders and proposals, and achieving revenue targets.

This position requires a proactive and hardworking individual with strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to generate new business. The candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to work extended hours, weekends, and public holidays whenever required to meet business objectives and project deadlines.

Strategic Partnerships and Networking

Reporting and Documentation
