Job Description - Manager, Quantity Surveying (Tender, M&E)

Job summary
Responsible for cost estimates on tender projects Participate in value engineering and determining service price Monitor contractual status and ensure timely payment response
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Prepare cost estimates for tender projects • Participate in value engineering activities • Determine the price of the service • Monitor contractual status and discuss with project sites • Review and certify subcontractor's monthly claims
Requirements
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent • At least 8 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical/General Construction/Civil Construction • Proficient in pre-contract to post-contract stages
