Manager/Assistant Manager, Facility

Core Responsibilities

• Daily management, supervision and management reporting of all outsourced third-party contractors deployed to site including but not limited to Security, Cleaning, General Renovation, Building Maintenance, Pest Control, Landscaping, and other assets.
• Management, monitoring and reporting of maintenance and support contracts for services including but not limited to Security, General Renovation, Building Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Pest Control, Landscaping and other assets.
• Inventory, Procurement, Budget Management and Reporting for all supplies necessary to support the efficient functioning of the services within the facility.
• Providing support, advise and ensuring adherence to all Policies and Procedures for the management of Health and Safety within the facility.
• Other duties or operational activities as required to ensure the efficient operation of the facility such as water and lighting are well-maintained.
• Provide the most cost-effective method of maintenance and operation of the facilities.
• Identify area of opportunities to improve facilities to increase cost savings.
• To do evaluation and submit recommendation to Function Head for approval.
• To conduct site supervision with contractors upon award of job.
• To supervise site contractors during and after job completion.
• Improve and maintain the aesthetic qualities of the properties.
• Ability to lead and manage teams and projects.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills especially relating to BCA and FSC regulations.
• Understand the maintenance, projects relating to mechanical and electrical installation.

Key Skills & Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• At least a Diploma in Estate Management or Civil Engineering
• Ability to be able to use IT computer System and Applications.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Familiarization with local regulations i.e. NEA, BCA and FSC.
• Team player with interest to learn.
