Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall business operations and management of the Singapore office.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives and regional direction.
• Drive business development activities by building strong relationships with developers, clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Represent the company in key business meetings, industry engagements, and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate closely with overseas headquarters to ensure operational alignment and business reporting.
• Oversee project performance, governance, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization.
• Guide and mentor the leadership team to support sustainable business growth and organizational development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in architectural design and project management within the architecture industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior management or executive-level role.
• Registered with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore.
• Experience working in a multinational or cross-border business environment will be advantageous.
