• Reviewing tender documents, specifications, and client requirements.

• Preparing technical and commercial proposals.

• Estimating project costs, materials, labor, and timelines.

• Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and project teams

• Identifying project risks and opportunities.

• Ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.

• Tender submission

• Participating in bid clarifications and negotiations.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

• Experience in estimation, project engineering or contracts

• Knowledge of tendering procedures and contract management
