M&E Coordinator

Job Description & Requirements

• Coordinate with M&E Consultants and System-Wide Contractors (SWCs) to ensure compliance with M&E specifications and quality standards.

• Liaise with M&E subcontractors and supervise on-site M&E installation works.

• Prepare, manage, and track MEP clearances in accordance with approved Final CCSM.

• Attend SWC coordination meetings and work closely with the construction team to ensure smooth execution of site installation activities.

• Review, understand, and update BIM (Revit) models in detail when required.

• Assist the Architectural and M&E Manager with assigned tasks and coordination works.
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in LTA projects.

• Strong understanding of M&E specifications, drawings, scope, and sequence of works.

• A proactive team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
