M&E Coordinator

Responsibilities :

·       Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliancewith specification and guidelines.

·       Responsible for on-site technical & engineering matters andquality checks.

·       Conduct joint inspections with RTO.

·       Ensure M&E works are performed on time and in compliancewith all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulation.

·       Manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, drawings,materials, samples, method statements submission and approval.

·       Supervise M&E works and coordinate with Client’srepresentative, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.

Requirements :

·       Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical and/ or relatedfields

·       Minimum 3 years’ experience in building/ Good Class Bungalow project

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills

·       Able to work independently
